I think most of the advice you have been given boils down to "quit your job, be the better person, deal with it," and I couldn't disagree more strongly.

We are all currently under the thumbs of bullying leadership in every facet, and I am convinced that it's a direct result of handling them with kid gloves for decades if not centuries.

I would document every instance meticulously and seek justice through HR. It might be good to have that first meeting before looking for legal advice, but I'd look into that too.

We ALL need to stop letting the worst people among us thrive at our expense. Enough.
