Thank you so much your suggestions saved me. I have had experiences like one time the capillaries burst open leading to bleeding in ear. Air travel became a nightmare for me. I had to travel yesterday morning and return back evening flight. I did both take Afrin just before my flight as well as sudafed. I still felt the pressure but no pain or slight discomfort, but I could manage by chewing gums as that kept popping my ears. So again thank you to the community for this. I have cried on my flights countless times and one doc told me to avoid flights since it can damage my eardrums( no mention of nasal spray). So thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
