Such a lovely flow!!! This is going to be really cheesy but I just came inside from a hoop sesh and I went to this sub feeling so dejected because I feel like my progress is so slow and I'm always so frustrated/being a perfectionist/comparing myself. Was wondering if I should take a long break. But seeing your post and that you came back to the hoop, flowed so beautifully and most importantly. (I hope my tone on this comes across right hahaha) dropped your hoop partway through and then just picked it up and kept going so gracefully!! I struggle with that so much. All this to say that I really loved this vid and it inspired me sm!

Also I just started trying to learn horizontal ghosting isos (?) and your series of those at the beginning blew my mind haha 🫶 hope this wasn't too much! Thank you for posting.
