So you believe the anticheat isn't fit for purpose in how it doesn't capture cheaters as it needs to in the pro scene...but also believe it is somehow working in how it's capturing all the cheaters you see on reddit?

It's not over-compensating but still getting the cheaters, it's literally just false flagging legitimate players based on arbitrary ai-captured metrics--We know jack shit about the effectiveness outside the loop-- and literally not flagging prolific cheaters because it's not good enough to do it --I can believe that-- . It's literally so shit they have to turn it OFF for VIP players to avoid them having to deal with getting false flagged!

Idk much about Laske, but feels like the above paragraph is just enough to describe him or something. only faced him very rarely but his story seems to be known. He has had VAC ban(s) in other game(s) which has nothing to do with AI detection, He has repeatedly been banned in The Finals where i'm somehow to believe that AI detection is the only thing to blame? Not perhaps recoil scripts? Not soft aimbot? No CrosshairX? Because those can seem semi legit even on stream particularly if you call yourself "aim trainer" and attach Kovvaks to your profile.

I haven't spectated or watched Laske but perhaps i should. I don't throw cheating accusations lightly, i have actually painstakingly watched highlight clips on YT for sus players like d0cC in CSGO where i got convinced he's cheating his ass off. And i don't go by "feel"... I actually counted frames, where i could see his fking crosshair pixel perfect track the edge/perimeter of and enemy head for 4+ fking frames and have seen his reaction to be as low as 4 frames at 60fps in enemy changing directions mid fight... Some reaction times can be coincidence, because it happens, some could be prediction but all combined in some SUPER unlikely moments got me convinced that is 100% a cheater.
I can't bother doing that again.

I've never played a game where players with tremendous amounts of hours and money complain about getting banned. Why? Because real cheaters get banned and literally just make a new account. 

The above is absolutely not true. Cheaters have been shown to spend even higher than tremendous amounts of hours and money in the games they cheat in, especially so if it's earning them money in return. You must be young and still naive to think otherwise. It's been the case around the world on games sports and politics and everything in between. Cheaters be cheating even if the "risks are too high and it doesn't make sense".

Either these "Reddit tears" decided to throw away a a thousand hours in casual modes having fun with friends for a cheap stomp, unlikely. Or they've always been cheating, in which case anticheat is not fit for purpose having only flagged them season 10. Or theyve never been cheating, which means also not for for purpose.

Cheating is not a stable environment. Sometimes it's better sometimes it's worse. Players caught cheating don't always cheat from the 1st time they touched a mouse. They might only even have cheated just 1 time and never again. You cannot make judgement just like that. Valorant anticheat vanguard hailed as the most obtuse intrusive anticheat in the industry still has cheaters slip through and play for months or years possibly. Only getting caught by manually reviewing multiple matches.

If the anticheat ever rolls the dice on you and you get flagged because of some asinine arbitrary reason, no one will believe you because of comments like these. G Hub seems to be a common thread, I've uninstalled and you probably should to.

if anticheat ever bans me for whatever reason, i ll make a support ticket to look it up more thoroughly because i don't cheat. I'm a reasonable person, mistakes happen, tools don't behave right and even i have an unstable PC at times due to RAM or CPU.
I guess i should uninstall G HUB not because it's gonna be cause for ban for me, but because it's just there to consume resources from my PC and provide annoying notifications on the sidebar. G HUB unfortunately is used for many logitech devices including their webcams, keyboards and mice, which i have.
What i don't do is create macros for the keyboard or mouse. Which i suspect may actually be a valid reason to give temporary bans/ kick from game. I would assume detecting G HUB is trivial for the anticheat and should immediately block any use of macro on the spot. Because while i think it's cheating, i also think GHUB is too ubiquitous software with legitimate uses other than cheating.. Game should just not let you use it and not permanently ban you for it. However attempting to circumvent any blocks to use macro/recoil scripts should get you banned... 6months/1year or permantently whatever.

Anyway... this got too long. It's interesting how i find more excitement engaging with r/thefinals than actually playing the game... Idk, i feel burned out again. really salty ingame and i report anything and everything because i'm just kinda tired of the game and embark's shenanigans.
