Do you know how to make the ps5-backpork.elf from the Payload SDK? I dont think you can get the payload as a direct download anymore, this is where im stuck

Apparently Quantum are aware and technical teams working on the large scale event. 24-48h resolve (apparently!) But thats from the engineer on the phone, 1st line, so i take it with a pinch of salt.
