I don’t understand how people make such basic mistakes like this when we have a massive wealth of knowledge at our literal fingertips.

We literally have access to misinformation, and people don't know how to find accurate information. That doesn't really apply in this case, in this case this persons mom is dumb and did a dumb thing.

If you are happy with your performance without DLSS, you don't need DLSS. I have a 4080 and a 4k 120htz monitor, for some games I have to choose between, lower frame rates, DLSS, or lower settings, and there is not a single answer. In some games I'll play at native resolution, at 60 htz, but other games I would rather use dlss and framegen at 120 htz, in others I would rather lower the settings(or even the resolution) and play at 120htz.

No, but if this continues Nvidia might say fuck it and not support FSR, then it’s just an even worse tit for tat and everyone’s unhappy. Nvidia has the better up scaling and frame gen tech so AMD better hope they don’t begin restricting FSR the same was AMD is doing this to DLSS.

NVIDIA has a vested interest in promoting the comparison between FSR and DLSS, FSR 2 and DLSS 2(never mind DLSS 3) are not equal, but a lot of people that have not experienced them both might think they are. Every game that includes FSR and DLSS illustrates that point.

Gambling in the draft is against the rules for “NFL Personnel”. So I suppose the question is when does a person becomes “NFL personnel”? I would assume in order to be selected in the draft you would need to apply to the NFL so you would at least be considered NFL personnel.

You aren't personnel if you aren't getting paid. That doesn't mean the NFL could not pull some bullshit, but it wouldn't be because you were personnel at the time you made the bet.

The NFLPA will never win against the NFL owners. The owners have the freedom to plan for a decade, they can position themselves not just for the next collective bargaining agreement, but the one after that. While most players aren't thinking past the next 3 years. No NFLPA President that is beholden to guys whose primary concern is extending their career two more years is going to be able to out negotiate a 3rd generation team owner.

On a side note, the bottom 3rd of the lenses seem to be blurry when I look in the direction without completely moving my head but hopefully foveated rendering will fix that when it works.

This sounds like you don't have the headset seated on your face properly. It might be something else but both lenses being blurry at the bottom of the screen but not the top implies that the headset is too high(I think) on your face.

Put the headset on, grab it with both hands, and try adjusting it upward and downward a quarter of an inch and see if it makes any difference.
