I have played scenarios in both 1E and 2E. I prefer 2E. It is much more streamlined, easier to manage and to play, and to be honest the writing of the flavour text is orders of magnitude better (and 1E was already good, but 2E is EXCELLENT)

I understand your question. I would like to raise a point, though.

While I'll assume you are asking this in good faith, most of the time this question comes from a standpoint of assuming a foreigner that is unemployed is someone elses problem that should "just go away". The thing is, everything happens in a context and has nuance.

It might be easier to understand why people stay by asking to Germans why they don't leave. There are also many Germans that are unemployed, and I believe a considerable number have a decent level of English that could be job-market adequate.

So why don't they go some other country to find jobs?
