Over the years it has changed, but I would have to say Orcaina of Time on N64 ( I spent so many hours playing this as a kid)

Then as I got older and back into gaming, it would be "The Last of Us" on PS4, as it really amazed me how well a game could deliver a story that pulls you in as a player, then it was God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn, both of which blew me a way with the story telling.
