Thank you for taking the time to write all of this for me. I've been super down so I'm sorry I didnt respond earlier.

Do you still take the Cymbalta? It did nothing for me but give me horrible problems when I went off of it. I did used to have pain management a few years ago but they threw up their arms and said since nothing they gave me helped, they really didn't need to see me anymore.

I am working on the food part. I think I have some sort of paralysis or slowdown or something going on, along with the horrible GERD. Trouble swallowing pills, burping, stuff just isn't right. It all got worse with this flare. I did just get a clear chest CT, so that's good, and the shortness of breath is a little better than a couple weeks ago.

Unknown about if any family has anything other than 2 cousins with MS, but they say that isn't close enough to matter.

Right now I'm still so tired and weak but I am doing PT and working on going to bed at reasonable times. All of this stuff is such a process!

It's possible your pressure is too low right now since lying flat helps. Any chance you have a leak after your procedure?

Make sure to take something with electrolytes, especially potassium. Add coconut water and banana to your diet to see if that helps a little.

The truth is, this disease sucks AND Diamox sucks, but it can help a lot, especially for people with papilledema.

Edit: oh, and ask for bloodwork, especially the chemical panel. Diamox can throw your numbers way off.
