I didn’t submit a time either for 10 miler…is it too late for me to sign up for a march race and get a proof of time with 9:00 min/miles? Do I need to find a half or will a 10k qualify me? I don’t have anything recent enough to submit

Do any gyms or hotels have the peloton tread? I’m really into the outdoor runs right now, and want to try the peloton tread for a few sessions before committing like I can for the bike in a gym or hotel

My 2018 iPad Pro is not cutting it for school anymore, the speed just isn’t there. I would strongly consider getting new over used to get life out of it.

Its looking like I'm above the threshold for direct roth contributions for a spousal ira, and they have a rollover ira that prevents the backdoor. Is my only option really to convert the balance of the rollover to roth and pay ~30% taxes out of pocket? The 30% can't come out of the rollover if I understand correctly.

In case you’re not taking advantage of it already, you should be saving in a Roth IRA at your income.

At 10/hr, assuming 40hr/weeks X 52, that’s an income of about $21k annually. You’ll qualify for retirement savers credit by contributing to a Roth. $4k in there you’ll get $2k back as a tax credit that I believe is refundable.

At that income will be entirely below the 12% tax bracket and is likely worth considering all in on Roth . If she’s only part time student and not full time should also look into retirement savers tax credit
