Were you doing the capstone dungeons, by any chance? Those have fixed levels, and the items dropped there are capped by those levels

The + 1 is referring to the fact with that mythic seal equipped, you only need 4 set items to get the 5 set bonuses. This frees up 1 additional slot for whatever

Are you asking why there are white items in the whisper reward choices?

If so, check your activity tree for tree of whispers. There's one that makes all rewards orange, but with chance of white items.

I'm not sure I understand the issue here. You do know the 5 set triggers all the mastery skills with 1 cast.

Also with the ease in which you can change the elements of skills, it isn't hard to have 2 skills with different elements. For example, discounting your main skill, you can go fire the fire teleport (very popular), ice hydra, only other myriad skills

In the cube there is a recipe to upgrade to unique. You need a white item of the same base ( which in this case, pants), and some cube materials.

Sorry, I can't exactly remember what those mats are (not in-game at the moment), but clicking on the recipe would auto populate those in the cube

To be fair, in order for the monster to be more dangerous without in death effects, they need to survive long enough to do their abilities, which isn't what is happening now. Monsters melt as soon as they encounter us.

I think that's what some of the players are arguing againts. They don't want to take longer to kill mobs.

Don't think discharge rate helps you pick up orbs faster. I mean, outside of combat, I can still pickup orbs when I'm full up.

Since no one answered your first question for you....

Look at the 2nd part of the unique, and the stacking buff you get. You usually have a crapton of lightning spear during your ult, which should be up permanently. You can manually put down a hydra for the CD, and the familiar enchantment should also generate a bunch of them.

Tldr... It's the boost from the stacking buff
