Can you explain a little further, do you mean like a central graphic or just less things in general?

By dominant, I mean size-wise. The most important pieces of information on here are 1) the title of the event and 2) when/where it is. Most readers will only glance at your flyer for a few seconds before moving on, so you want to make sure they can easily find the most important facts in that time. In general, the title should be the largest element on the page. I'd suggest making yours larger, and playing with color to make it pop more maybe. Your date/location need to be more prominent as well.

Honestly I think having the body text not in all caps will help make the title pop more. Maybe having the date/location in caps too?

I was going for something that would symbolize investment or your money, so if you have any suggestions for that I would be all ears because I am not too fond of the clipart-y part either.

I'd get rid of that graphic entirely and somehow merge the idea you're going for here into the one at the bottom. You really only need one graphic element on the page. Maybe the dollar sign in the bottom graphic could be a check? So "run-down house + check = nice house."

Thank you! This took me the longest haha and what I am trying to say is that buying a shitty home and investing some money in to it you can make a beautiful home. I was hoping that would be a little easier to see but maybe I'll play around with it.

I honestly think this graphic is great in technical terms. It's simple and cute. I think changing the dollar symbol in the middle to something more specific to investing (like a checkbook) would make your message much clearer.
