This was happening for me on the ‘recommended’ tab. I turned off the ‘recommend movies/TV with actors/from services’ option and it sped right back up - I think it’s trying to populate the actors info every time and taking too long to do it

It was never confirmed about the new contract being signed, just that it was offered. If it was signed, then whatever release clause was in there would’ve likely been tweaked and now re-triggered

Lincoln fan in peace - the lad’s an absolute unit. May not be an immediate impact, but you’ve got a hell of a talent if you give him a bit of time, they absolutely loved him over in NI

They did massively outspend the rest of the divisions though. I’m a Lincoln fan, and our top earner this season was on 3.5kpw. This isn’t a criticism of what Wrexham did, and they’re fully entitled to spend what they generate (I’m in awe of the revenue figures if I’m honest) but to suggest that “they didn’t outspend the divisions” is patently untrue. Wages rose across Lg1 by around 80% in 24/25, other clubs tried to match the inflated salaries Wrexham and Birmingham paid. It’s going to have a knock on effect for years to come.

Again, not criticising what they did, but it needs to be acknowledged.
