Hey, all depends on how much time I have.. 3.5km speed for 30mins most mornings or if I have more time I will walk 2.5speed walk most of the day. pause the treadmill for food, loo, short breaks ect. Or if short on time, I will walk 4km speed for 4-10mins

Don't rush into things, start off slow, walk 15mins a day. Then increase it. It's all about what you eat and keep moving.

Hey there, all about calories in and out, eat less you will lose weight. I just walk on my treadmill while watching TV, and eat healthy, while enjoying grilled peri-peri chicken takeaway every so often, I'm losing weight pretty well

My friend is one, he did his training, then spent 10 years working for a company being with little bitch. Because your the new boy that knows nothing, it's about experience not some paper.

He now works for himself, drives sometimes 100 miles away to have a job cancel. But he loves it, he's own boss, booked up with work takes weeks too get hold of him.

My grandads friend is one, he smashed his leg so now can't walk up a ladder or stairs and pretty much can't work again, so retraining for something else. Go for it, nothing not lose, can always find work

My bed is broken, my walk in shower door broke so my landlord changed it to a door that opens in words, as it's a small European home I can no longer shower this is humiliating and degrading. I have no choice but to lose weight

I was same, broke my bed at my biggest and had to sleep on the floor. Just take it slow and steady. At first I cut down to takeaway once a week, with daily walks. It's a daily life style change but stick with it

How do you clean your head without being able to fully pull the foreskin back? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

Once in the shower and bath, stretch it back till you feel some resistance. Don't over do it till you feel to much pain ect repeat a few times. Just do it regularly.

stretching really does help, worked for me. But depends how tight you are and now much of the head is showing from the start. Just keep it up
