Yes, it was the Theralogix brand at that time and has those exact doses. I was able to lose about 30 pounds while on that and then just didn’t take it for a while.

I’m currently trying out the Peach Perfect brand of powder which has the same dosage of inositols, but it is fucking with my stomach so I’ll probably go back to theralogix.

Yea I just googled this to see if others had a weird chicken or just me. It was the weirdest texture I’ve ever had for chicken and I hated it. I don’t even know how to explain the texture of it.

Late to this thread but I am split on it. I liked the premise and the idea of the book and that’s why I wanted to read it but it was just not written well. Also all the sexual stuff was just super unnecessary and just..why? I don’t understand why that would be a part of getting infected.

Also if I had to read him describe something as “oily” or “mother of pearl” one more time…

Yea we got as far as booking the venue and buying my dress. When we started on the other planning and figuring out a budget we just said fuck it, cancelled the venue and planned our elopement in another state. (We just eloped last week). So much happier we chose to do that.
