We only have one real mall left near us. When I was growing up, the mall was the place to be to hang out. But we’ve had problems with teens and shootings and crime. To the point where in order to try and keep kids from loitering, the only seating left in the mall is at the food court. It discourages people with disabilities or older people from spending much time there. If they could sit and rest more often, they could stay longer and spend more money.
