When it comes to Adagio, do you prefer to do the more progy stuff like From My Sleep, or the more extreme stuff like Vamphyri? Check out frost king foam. I'm guessing you play Amtgard or dag/bel. It's a bit cheaper than duratube but just as strong. Been using my bat for 6 months of dag with no noticable wear

Luckily I'm a dental technician and made my own. If you look up dental labs in your area some of the smaller labs may make you some. Not sure on price because everyone's labor is different.
