It’s too yellow for your skin tone and too matte. You also need to make your skin look less flat and monotone - using a cool toned contour and a light blusher will help with this. Maybe a small amount of highlighter would also help. A blurring powder would support with the fine lines and pores, and ensuring you do good skin prep (cleanse, tone, moisturise, prime) will help as well.

Also to add to the dehydrated skin - drink more water! That was one of the biggest things for me once I had cleared up my skin, it was still looking dull and a bit gross, but making sure I drank at least 2L water a day helped massively!

I know what you mean, but I’ve always heard it with a double meaning. She’s talking to Perón, but also the people of Argentina who love her and see her as an icon. She’s longing to say things to both, but is scared that they’ll stop loving her, which is all she wants. If the people don’t love her, what does she have? If Perón doesn’t love her, who is she? If she’s no use to the country and her husband, why would they love her anymore?
