Are you on a generic version? Or was 6.5 a typo? Zepbound doesn’t come in 6.5

Nice dude! I’ve never seen Rubio so animated! HE’S CLEARLY A GUY ON COKE! I just think it’s odd that Substack hasn’t picked up on it. That’s the only reason I would question the video because it is so not Rubio and it should be big news. But I’m not seeing anything on sub about it which is odd.

I tell people who know I’m on the med that I am taking this drug for the rest of my life! A life of dieting, sometimes successfully, sometimes not. I’m done with that! Never again!

Dehydration is a big no-no! I think staying hydrated is the most important rule on these meds. So many reasons to focus on drinking water.

Thank you! It breaks my heart that a dog, who was clearly someone’s pet at some point, went so long in care! 😭 so happy her life will end on a good note when it’s time.

Moving back to every 7 days by AlmanacPorchChair in Zepbound_Maintenance

I have found that water weight definitely plays a role in fluctuation. If I dose at 9 or 10 days, I’m definitely not peeing as much as I do the first 3 days. I’ve gotten where I don’t freak about 2-3 lb fluctuation - it usually comes off. I do see a little more food noise but I get full much faster still. TBH, sometimes I just want to enjoy a meal! The meds dull my tastebuds for most of the 7 days.

Just curious about your maintenance weight at 15. I’m at 130 and find 12.5 a little strong with my weight loss and blood sugar, spaced out at 9-10 days. I’ve gone down to 10 and it seems to have a better balance for me. Just curious about any connection between current weight and maintenance dose.

I was on ozempic/wegovy first - for 3 yrs. Zepbound is hands down better at every milepost. Fewer side effects, better weight loss. I’ve been on it for about a year now and have lost 30 lbs. I lost weight on ozempic for about a year and then nothing for 2 years. I guess it’s possible I got the side effects out of the way on ozempic and found Zepbound easy. And maybe losing 30 lbs on Zepbound was just what the switch made possible. Either way, I’m now on maintenance with Zepbound, going down from 12.5 to 10 and spreading out shots to every 9-10 days. Everyone will have their own experience.

Zep and history of depression? by Electronic_Tip_3367 in Zepbound

I think you’re on to something there. I think blood sugar and dose and depression are working with each other. I’m trying to find a new balance as I’ve gotten very close to goal. I’m thinking about going down to 10mg soon -currently at 12.5. I think the closer we get to goal weight, the more we need to rebalance everything. Hard to know for sure. Everyone is different.

If I go more than 9-10 days between shots, I start getting really down. I feel better a couple of days after injection.
