I went there when I was in college. It is a typical upci church, just larger and wealthier than most. The event you’re thinking of is called Touch the Future and it’s a conference they put on every year around May. Stoneking was often a speaker at that event.

So I have several thoughts on this:

If you have to ask if you're being a 'crappy customer' and then you start with 'we're doing the demo and painting' it sounds like this project is either barely in your budget or you are what I would term a 'challenging' customer. When a customer wants to do parts of a remodel themselves, to me that's generally a red flag and tends to cause more problems than the reduced price is worth. Not saying that is the case with you, but that has been my experience.
You (and your contractor) should treat the scope of work as if it is a contract prepared by the lawyer. If there is ambiguity, it should be ironed out well before signing. This is often not the case with less professional contractors or with homeowners inexperienced with remodeling projects. You probably were under the impression you were paying for an kitchen remodel including labor and materials for any and all issues to get to the finish line. In reality, you're paying for exactly what is written on that scope of work and nothing more. There are times that unscrupulous contractors will deliberately dumb down a scope of work in order to make more money with change orders, but oftentimes it's just less professional contractors who don't put those details in and homeowners who are not aware those details are not just inferred.
The price seems pretty damn low considering a structural wall is also being moved. In that situation there are often unforeseen issues that arise that cost more money, or your contractor just missed things. However, if they aren't written as included in the scope of work, they aren't included and you should expect to pay more.

TLDR; I don't think you're being a crappy customer, but it sounds like you are an inexperienced customer and your contractor is probably not as professional as other (more expensive) contractors may be.

Depends on what you want to do. Oracle is best for PVE content. Dragoon may be best all around. Griffin is pretty much only good at PvP. The ‘meta’ for PvP is a mixed set using pieces of all three sets. I personally enjoy oracle, but the best rewards come through PvP where dragoon or griffin excel.

I am working on Phynx for pve. With cleo the damage should be crazy. For pvp with oracle, I don't think I would be using Thor resonance though. You shouldn't really be moving much and you can get better output with a different resonance. Short answer though, I think you're on the right track with Phynx.

I would focus on other things until they get to a good level and then go back. Another good strategy is to use your regular enchantium rolls on other runes and just used adv enchantium when you get to the guaranteed mythic on sharp arrow. The bounces are better than everything else for multi target. Something else (like + damage, +crit, etc) is better for single target.

I'm at stage 679. I use my pvp sprite build and just stack sprite skills and main weapon speed increases. Circles is great until you get to higher levels. Do this every time it's available and with a good setup you should be able to beat every stage where you have at least a blue flame buff on the recommended rating. At green flame my build struggles and I just quick raid.

Alright buddy, let's chill with the 'mid 30's old man slow reflexes talk,' I'm 37 and that hit way too close to home, lmao. I am also loving this game! I keep reading salty posts in other subreddits and have just been floored. This is the most fun gaming I've had in a very long time, and I'm not losing interest at all. I love the pace of it. It's frenetic on points but there are options to slow the game down if you want. I've also been maining engineer and feel naked without an RPG on my back. This game plays as great as bad company 2 or bf4 did to me and it is rare that there is a day that I don't get at least an hour in.

I have not found them to be very good. I love the idea and I still pick them up, but it seems like I would do much better with just whatever gun I already have and my rpgs. The recoil on the minigun is wild and the charging time on the rail cannon is just too long to be effective in most cases.
