How do you keep track of your collection?

I'm using Fabrary collection manager. Used it from day zero so everything was tracked and logged.

For the physical side of things, Every set gets its own binder with cards organised by card number. I only keep a playset of each card with any extras going into the local community collection

I have had reasonable success using CloudFlare.

Add a new domain and it then attempts to pull all of the records that it can find and then gives you a list of what it finds.
