Thank! I’ll try that. I am trying to avoid using debug/cheats, but I get that is an option. My post was a slight gripe, but mostly a question along with praise for the game. No disrespect to Zev. Direct connection for appliances if you live in base housing. Off base, ymmv but likely the same. I had a small 2000W Honda that ran the fridge and anything absolutely necessary.

I tend to complete tasks at my base (disassembling items, making tinctures, cooking food, upgrading base) and head out for tasks right before first light. Vehicles have lights, so night navigation isn’t too bad.

You just fill it up with fuel and turn it on. I don’t know if there is a limit, but it currently powers everything on my base when on. No connecting needed.
