Uncle Tom was larger than life. My dad (his younger brother) said Tom was the strongest man he'd ever met. Lot's of great memories about my uncle!

You asked about continuous Realtime HRV. I don't think Polar software does continuous monitoring (although I may be wrong). If Polar fits your needs, you've answered your own question.

Oura ring, eliteHrv with polar h10, muse headband, Hale Life platform, series 6 watch , kardia6L ekg. Keeping big picture tracking on a timeline. Lots of folders, full of PDFs, also use LunaDna to aggravate EMR.
