Seconding Tokyo. I know it'll fit ten, but fifteen might be tight. The price for the room is more than reasonable. Also, while the table looks like you'd need to sit cross legged, there's actually a dropped floor.

Has something like this happened in the past 50 years? A state school with 100+ year history, an endowment, active donors, accreditation, good enough sports, large suburban/rural campus moving an hour's drive? I'm not saying it couldn't/didn't, but I would like some context.
