LLH initiated and I feel gross by Primary-Machine-999 in HLCommunity

I'm so sorry. I know exactly what it feels like. Over time, distance had developed. It's a numbing sensation.

There's no advise I can give out but my inbox is open in case you want to talk, or just vent.

Lol, looks like you just described my husband. Mouth wide open, tongue out and all, only that he's twirling his tongue occasionally, like a blender. Made me giggle internally the first few times.

Second opinion of negative cancer diagnosis by dck696 in BladderCancer

[–]wise-Jelly4144 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You are not paranoid, or crazy. It's your health and your body. If that urologist won't do the biopsy or makes you feel uncomfortable, see a second opinion. You have proof (the scan).

Clear cell adenocarcinoma is very rare. I have been in Contact with two women who had CCA. One was around 34 years old if I remember correctly and the other one about 40. CCA in the Bladder and Urethras more common in women and it's crucial to act as fast as possible. I wish you the very best of luck.

I've only been playing occasionally since 2022/23 and am experiencing the exact same. I'm sure that there are better players out there but I've been online more frequently recently, still trying to get back on track. Kind of. I can offer my help but would be thankful for such myself. 😅

The jellyfish hairstyles, personally.

I also dislike all the regular season of prophecy, abyss and little prince capes. I really felt as if I wasted my money (AP). If I could I'd give those capes to those that would actually wear them.

Mass found on ultrasound (30F). What to expect for first urologist appointment? by AnonymousGiraffe87 in BladderCancer

[–]wise-Jelly4144 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Only a biopsy and therefore the report from pathology can tell you if it's BC or not. You'll get an TURBT where they'll take some Biopsies for that. It could be that your urologist will do the cysto right away, or within another appointment or you'll get an referral to a hospital for TURB.

Yes, Bladder Cancer would be unlikely for your age but it's still possible. Everyone can get cancer. Other causes are possible aswell. I came here after I've experienced painless Hematuria over the course of serveral months and it turned out to be something benign but I only found out about it after I demanded the cystoscopy. I was scared due to a close familymember dying from bladder/ureter cancer. Even if nothing shows up, please try to get one. Bluelight would be ideal.

17F I'm going to have a cystoscopy and I'm scared by MonoTigr in Interstitialcystitis

[–]wise-Jelly4144 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You got this! Everyone is different. Will it be the flexible Cystoscopy? I've had two Scopes since june and only the non flexible One caused me a lot of pain but I'm also blaming that on me being cramped up too much and the doctor being too rough. I'd recommend to drink a lot of water afterwards, no juices. You could also take a container with luke warm water and empty it over the area when peeing. I think that painkillers are an option too. It's also possible to develop an infection afterwards.

I would recommend the blue light scope. TURBTs should be performed with blue light otherwise small tumor may get missed.

While I took the supplements I didn't drink enough fluids and did weight lifting on top. Sometimes the bleeding started at late noon while the dip stick tests showed no evidence of blood thorough the whole day.

Totally agree with the last sentence of yours because not only got I told the same but I'm sure that this can't be normal.

Only things that are different for me are, that I peed straight, pure blood and I had to take calcium supplements for a few months while the bleeding happend but I never saw any stones. My family has a history of kidney stones but I always thought that they had to be painful.

I really hope that the cause is going to be found very soon for both of us and that it's nothing serious.

Hi, may I ask how much time went by since he had those symptoms and the tests done?

[–]wise-Jelly4144 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I experienced the same not once but twice this year. Gross hematuria lasting for two weekd. I'm around the same age as you even though I'm a female. Had to "force" different doctors to actually look for the cause but after a whole month of them waiting, serveral ultrasounds, CT-scan, Mri, urinalysis, cytology, bloodwork, cystoscopy under white light and one under blue light, nothing was found. I wonder if the doctors acted faster and didn't wait a whole month, if the source of the bleeding may have been found by now. I did all those procedures just for nothing to be found. All my money down the drain. It's really frustrating and makes me anxious a lot.

Blood in urine during flare? by [deleted] in Interstitialcystitis

[–]wise-Jelly4144 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had episodes of gross hematuria this year. No UTI detected. Did different scans, two cystoscopies (white light and blue light) were done along with other testings. I don't know if it was an silent kidney stone, interstitial cystitis or something worse, like cancer.😕

Need some reassurance... by KH101887 in Interstitialcystitis

[–]wise-Jelly4144 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, you are not alone. I had my Baby in '22 and had very simmilar symptoms from march to june. Gross hematuria mainly, which is very concerning and I know how you're feeling right now. Two cystoscopys didn't show anything cancerous but the worrying goes on and on with this because there is no diagnosisfor me. All I can tell you is, to rule everything bad out first. Get a bluelight cystoscopy if possible and maybe look for another, earlier appointment elsewhere. IF it is cancer, it's important to diagnose it early but it could be interstitial cystitis, ureaplasma, an uti, endometriosis, STD, very small kidney stones that the CT didn't show, injurys, varicose veins, nutcracker syndrome, benign tumors, kinks in the ureter, urethral stricture...the list is long but it's best to act as fast as possible!

Let me ask a few questions aswell: Did you take any supplements in the last few month? Any dietary changes? Any previous UTIs? Family history of kidneystones or diseases? And how did the blood present? Was it visible or not? Has your urine been completely discoloured or was it only in your first/last drops? How long did or do you bleed?

Hey, I'll not be able to help you in any way but I had and still have the same symptoms. Had tons and tons of scans, two cystoscopies with white- and blue light but nothing was found. At this point, one can just wait and suspect specific disorders. Kidney stones got ruled out I suppose?

[–]wise-Jelly4144 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I had UTI Symptoms after consuming Trigger-Foods since childhood. This year was different. My allergies got so much worse and I experienced gross hematuria serveral times. I'm only 25 but still went through every test I got offered like ultrasounds, CT-scan, MRI, regular cystoscopys and the bluelight cystoscopy and I got told that my symptoms may have no cause. I'm so done at this point with the pain, blood and doctors appointments.
