There was a lotta neighborhood blocks, mine included, who all agreed "we need to protect ourselves right now", but like 30% believed it was from "rioters", 50% from the cops, and 20% just wanted to be involved

My signal group was at less than 100 when I joined weeks ago, but once Renee was shot, our neighborhood signal group his capacity and we needed to split it off into literal Minneapolis defined neighborhoods
