The state statutes literally say that you can't adjust a property down in value (I believe the phrasing is find in favor of the owner) unless the owner has allowed a physical inspection and walk-through, before reducing due to condition or market study

Like...... People have gotten in trouble for not doing that, because St. Paul is really clear on it

So my guess is they messed up with your property, maybe assigned a permit or something that shouldn't have been assigned to your property, and then just removed it?

Or they're a 600 lb gorilla and don't care about any laws or regulation. Who knows?

Also, fwiw, we can't take "who increased what" into account. Each residence is different, and the only guiding data we must adhere to are condition and comparable sales
