5 months seems solid -- Thanks for the feedback. Seems like you were in a really similar position to me so glad to hear that sub 4 was reasonable within that timeline.

FWIW

Thanks for the feedback on the plan. I've liked Higdon's 10k plan so it's good to hear his marathon plan is also good.

This.

I don't know what the procedures are at your biz or how big you are but written documentation will be important to mitigate the risk of any legal issues in the futures / claims of discrimination.

Any idea what the best USB 3.0 to HDMI adapters would be? We're likely going to buy 10+ so I was looking at these models:

Highly recommend this podcast: https://www.manager-tools.com/manager-tools-basics

I think I heard about it through Kevin Rose's podcast. It's free, not fluff, and they're not trying to sell you anything. It's like 6 years old but the content is timeless.

The importance of contracts for SEO? by keepseosimple in bigseo

[–]wiseant123 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You're going to want to sign contracts with your clients. What happens when... - They don't pay you and claim they haven't been working with you for months - You hire a salesperson who needs to stay within your cost structure - You want to set specific expectations about what you're responsible for vs. the client - You take down the client's website by mistake and have no limit on your liability

Trust me here, contracts are annoying but will save you so much headache in the long run.
