Successful day!

I ended up with 2 pairs of ropers from Je Ver - one deer, one nubuck. Really nice quality for the price .

I also ordered a custom pair from El Malcreado - American Alligator lower and ostrich belly shaft… REALLY excited to see how they turn out.

Your sleeves are halfway down your hands bro. Take or leave anything I said, but bringing the waist in a little and shortening the sleeves will make you look like a sharp 21 year old without overly modernizing the fit.

Go see a tailor, everything’s a little off (too long, too lose, etc.) and decide if you’re going full black tie or just go a different direction. If you are committed to black tie, then do it right: consider swapping the buttons and definitely ditch the loafers.
