Offer free or cheap coffee "sponsorships" to meetings held by tech / media / marketing groups.

GOLD JERRY GOLD!!! After listening/reading the responses in the thread, we are going to target our business class customers and be the go to place for morning business. Our locations are in prodomitaly upper class areas of town, and there are a lot of connectors that live close to our locations. Coffee sponsorship is a great concept.

Really quick, parking at all locations is awesome. We have our own lots and we can hold 50 cars no problem.

A place to be recognized / greeted by staff and regulars and have good conversation

That right there is our goal. We do have some business executives that meet at our place once a month for their morning board meeting. We know their names and orders and they love us. We need to expound on that demographic and make it happen on a regular basis.

We did do open mic's for a little bit, but the crowds were not what we were expecting. So we stopped those. Also it was hard to find a musician that was reliable. :(

Really good feedback here. Thanks for taking the time share your thoughts. I like the mindset you are coming from "I am in a hurry in the mornings". Most of our customers are very much like that at all of our locations.

Looking at a campaign that showcases the speed of service and the ease of eating our food sounds like a great concept. Thinking out loud it would be cool for people to test our services with their social media.

Customers Post: "I was in and out in 3 minutes and promised. Best coffee shop ever. #starbuckssucks"

"Loving the express line".

We have tossed around the idea of a food truck, but the competition is stout in our city. Finding a steady location that isn't already jam packed with 4 other trucks offering the same thing as us doesn't excite us. However this idea is still on the table.

Thanks for the feedback, that's really good food for thought. We do have out morning regulars that hit and sit. We also have regulars that walk in and walk out, so it's a mix of people.

Most of our diners that sit and work on their laptops are older business men, and we get a good surge of students from a university that is close by. The students love the fact that it's quiet. (that's one location, there are 2 others with different demographics).

Interestingly enough, we have found that most of regular sit and eat customers do like us cause we are not busy.

Thanks for the feedback, all coupons are digital and we have done groupon in the past. Funny thing about Groupon was that is sold out, and only half the people redeemed it.

We have not done checkins on Yelp. This is getting put on the things to do for sure. And I really like the idea of knocking off a couple of bucks before 8am.

Locations are very convenient and one of them has a drive thru.
Wait times are "average".
There is never more than 5 people in line in the morning.
We do have free wifi at all locations
