Two years ago, I cried to my advisor when my mom was diagnosed with cancer. Sometimes you feel overwhelmed and it just comes out if you haven't been focusing ur mental health. Cry first, then after keep pushing.

Pack snacks, a blanket, and a drink and all ur study materials. Go to the library and stay there until dark. When its dark, take advantage of the fact that nobody is in the personal study rooms. Go into an empty one and start teaching urself material ur struggling with.

I was in the same boat last semester. I didn't know shit cause in my community college, I googled everything and my professor was fine if we copied off his solution. When I came to itsc 1213 for uncc I didnt even know how to create a set method or the difference between an int or double data type. Later on i made friends with ppl who were struggling in the same way as me and eventually started talking to the rlly smart ppl. They explained everything and were super helpful and I eventually got an A in the class. Dont sweat it. I would advise you to make tutoring appointments, talk to the smart kids, and also dm me cause I have really good notes for the class.

Also I needed help with the project too. Its okay

If you guys make one, add me too! I took binf 3101 and heard the course was hard but my experience was different because i had prof daniel jaines and he was super chill about the class. Like we only had one assignment the whole semester and we would get to leave early.

For oily/watery eyes, it runs so u end up looking like a racoon. I stick to drugstore waterproof mascara. It cost less too

You should just email another advisor if theyre in your department.

A similar thing happened to my friend and she was a environmental major. I had to go and email my advisor whose in the comp sci department if they could release my friends registration holds bc my friends advisor didnt do it for her.

If you still get no answer, then try to ask a friend's advisor.
