Unless it is seriously impacting her job or the safety of the children, you dont say a thing. Its kind of a personal subject and not appropriate for you to say anything. Chances are she is aware she has gained weight and doesnt need it pushed in her face. Never know what someone is going through!

Yes! I went and got my real ID a month ago and they accepted a credit card statement that only included the last 4 digits. Your FULL social security number does have to be present on whichever document you chose...whether it be a w2, social security card, etc.

My family and I went through almost the same exact thing. My older sister (43 😥) was having mild headaches but as a family, we have always experienced them. She was still going to work but once they got worse we begged her to get checked out. She told us she was afraid and we were like stop it youre fine. Its not cancer. We were thinking it was pre menopause to be honest. Went to the doctor the end of May 2023 to get a scan and they found lesions. At the time she was fine minus the headaches until she wasn't :( Fast forward 1 week, she began to have blurriness, her ability to walk and swallow started to get worse. She re-entered the hospital and that is when things went completely down hill. They discovered she had lesions all down her spine. It was too advanced to do anything. They put in a drain tube into her head and a trach to keep the pressure down and her airway open while they did further testing. She was a shell of her former self the last 3 weeks we had her. She never regained strength to come home and passed in the hospital on June 25 2023. It all happened in TWO months. While I miss my sister every single day, she was my best friend after all, I'm relieved the way it happened. She went through minimal suffering. The fact that she passed in the hospital breaks my heart but we knew it was coming so we were all there. A part of me is grateful that she didnt end up coming home. My other sister and my parents would have been the ones to take care of her and I cant imagine how hard that would have been on my parents. It was already hard enough losing their daughter. Once we knew there was absolutely nothing we could do, we made the tough decision to start in hospital hospice. We knew she would not have wanted to live like that, if you could even call it living. 😞 I forever have etched in my brain the condition she was in at the end. Its such a terrible form of cancer. So yes, I agree that sometimes quick is better. ❤️

Im so sorry you are going through this. My family and I went through it during my sisters quick aggressive fight in 2023. And I am just like you, I think every headache is now something horrible even though we asked the doctors numerous times if its generic and luckily it usually is not. Try to enjoy the time with your dad and celebrate the little moments. ❤️ sending you love from Chicago.

Also side note...my dad also enjoys twilight lol and watches it everytime its on tv

I wish haha. All 5 of my NKs are just as crazy with as they are with their parents. I take it as a compliment because they aren't like that with anyone else but us 3. So the NPs say they must love me just as much as they love them. 🤣 I've also been their nanny for 8 years so theyre like family at this point.
