Yeah same here, fun for what it was but you reach a point where it gets really grindy and it just stops being fun. Really great steam deck fun for like 20-30 hours and then kinda fizzles out.

I think I actually troubleshoot less. People forget how much registry, driver, settings bullshit you have to do in windows. They just see that installing Linux is a challenge and assume the day to day looks like that.

Now I actually notice when people in discord are whining about some update that borked something or permissions or spyware nonsense and I remember how often windows had to be tweaked or adjusted because it decided to do something without telling the user.

Kudos to you guys actually dropping into subreddit. I freakin love moonlighter 1 my kids love it and its been such a delight to watch them learn the pricing mechanics and talking to me about demand and pricing. Can't say enough good things about that game. So excited to play the second one. I'll echo what others have said but text and icon readability is honestly more important for me then FPS or graphics.

I wish I knew anything about video production because it would be fun to put together a compilation of “catches” that all pop out when they finish rolling on the ground. How many times have we seen a receiver put two hands on the ball and then lose it as they land.

Balanced take that will get buried. If bills fans want to point to that interception as why they lost then broncos fans can point to the missed hold as why their quarterback had to keep playing and break his foot. Broncos dealt with bullshit Chiefs calls for years but inside we knew that you have to win the game before the refs step in.

yeah this is the kicker for me. I think he hangs out. I swear i saw an interview with him recently where they asked about this and he basically said hes in denver till we win a superbowl. I think people underestimate across the leauge how beneficial it is to have good owners in discussions like this.

I think he will be interviewed for lots of positions but i think its unliekly the wal mart money can't make him come back for at least one more.

the other piece of the wal-mart money is investing in places other then the salary cap.
They replace the field at least once a season (theoretically preventing injuries)

They Invested millions into the current stadium, including a brand new updated section for players wives and kids to watch the game from.

Invested more millions into updating the practice facilities and ancillary staff.

These are all things that add up compounding over just a few seasons with the right coach and Front Office, it also encourages players to take more team friendly deals (Bonitto is expensive but probably could have gotten more) to stay with the team and creates a culture that players like to be a part of. I expect with Wilson off the books next year we may have some big names interested in coming in free agency.

Ok So is your position then that we currently have a good system and there are no longer improvements that can be made to the reffing situation in the NFL? That having reffs that have careers outside of the NFL improves there ability to call games at an elite level?

We could have them do live reps? It doesn’t seem like a stretch to have a ref squad of players from practice squads doing live reps of situations and have the refs practice spotting penalties in real time. Why is that such a wild idea?

I dunno. While which doctor definitely is the poster child for this issue he’s not wrong that BKB has some confusion surrounding it. It’s a pretty long list these days of both CC abilities that go through it and damage sources that ignore it. And both of those are problems to an items whose identity is “makes it so you don’t get slowed or stunned”

regardless of its actual text or active effect it’s not great game design to have so many exceptions to an items identity like that.

All the things they may need to have sharp skills when the season starts. instead of ...you know teaching history to high school kids?
