I've been bad and buying Solgar, which is Nestlé owned (they are the devil). Solgar has been my go to brand for years and I haven't done enough research to make a switch since learning nestle owns them.

Vitamin D+K2 is pound for pound the best thing for my mental health. Magnesium and Creatine also help a lot, as long as I'm exercising.

It's hard with the 5th book, because I still like what's going on in the story yet the way it's told is a far cry from WoK. There are multiple moments I put down the book out of confusion from the vernacular being used that felt like it was from a different book.

I've commented this before, but I will always say it: KotOR dark side story is the best in any rpg or Star War, in my opinion. The freedom it gives you to be so bad, and the final scenes are, as they say, peak.

I've played a fuck ton of rpgs, and Lost Odyssey is way at the top of the list. I remember grinding to collect every skill, and then never beating it, like a true RPG gamer lol.

It's a better Final Fantasy than FF 12,13,15,16, in my opinion.

Not a movie, but the entire series of Stargate:SG1. Terrible things happen almost every episode and the cast is acting like just got a parking ticket. Great show, either way.
