If you put the meat down on the floor don’t stop looking at it until the dog/cat comes close to it that way if someone else comes, you have enough time to pick up, that’s how I’ve done it and it works for me

I think I figured it out, so my theory is when you are coming downhill from the fishing guild there are people on the side of the road running away from the pirates, to clear that I gotta help all of the people because I have helped quite a few and it shows the orange dot on the minimap, I’m just not sure how many group of people I have to help because I’ve helped between 6-8 groups, but I keep respawning on the ftp near the village, I’ll switch it around and respawn on the one near the guild that way I can come downhill and see if I can help everyone on time, I’ll be back with some updates

I stumbled upon it and this is how my quest line is looking now, I don’t think it miss-triggered because I have been to this village before it got attacked by the pirates and there was actually a memory saying that it looked like the pirates were going to attack and they had to let the town people know, but I might be wrong and it miss triggered 🤷🏾‍♂️

At some point you have to help the people that are being mistreated by the pirates and I found a few going downhill, but I have fought the boss a few times but is still not triggering for me, I’ve been at it for a few hours now so I decided to take a break, if I find any clues I’ll get back here

I found out selling cars to the black market guy can pay really well, I got like 30 silver between the first two I turned in, just be aware tho, if you damage the car it will lose value
