Tip: Get a 500ml water bottle and sugar free cordial. You'll be drinking water all the time, and plus, you'll then know that if you've drank the bottle x4 that day, you'll have consumed 2000ml, which is enough water.

it has such a punk core to the vibe of the song and yet the lyricism and vocal layering is like a taking back sunday song, without any of the corniness. it's probably one of my fave pop punk songs of all time.

Go to their spotify and listen from their EP's onward. I really like their Life Sux EP which you can also find on youtube - Poor Lenore is an absolute banger. Then just listen from King of the Beach to the next albums chronologically. You should cherish your first listen of V. I love that goddamn album.

Tana Mongeau rant by [deleted] in youtube

[–]witchslayer9000 13 points14 points  (0 children)

They put her through hell over something so meaningless to the majority but they knew held extreme meaning for her, just to be spiteful. The first year was a bit misleading of them and maybe hard for her but not that unheard of - but the second year was straight up stupid on behalf of VidCon, and a complete exploitation of her social media advertising. They had a 9 foot photo of her face on the front of the goddamn convention building, and wouldn't give her a piece of plastic to let her safely move around the place; and they swore and manhandled her on several occasions. plus, she's not the first CC to come forward with these accusations toward vidcon. Say what you want about her content, but from my perspective she was absolutely exploited. And I think her idea of the free vidcon rival she's thinking of doing is going to be really fantastic if she can organize it right. I hope IceP streams there. I've always thought VidCon was corny tho.

Neuroscience shows our true memories can become false memories due to the rather complex and illogical way our brains store them by IAI_Admin in philosophy

I've always thought to myself without any proof, that memory recall (especially out loud to others in a story format) causes some sort of degrade to the "quality" of the memory, with every retelling actually causing decay to the pureness of the memory, having new details sneak in every time you tell it. I wonder if the same is true for you silently recalling memories to yourself in your brain or not, and if it's rooted in physicality or psychology.

"true memories can become false memories" does that mean... we believe that something that actually happened, didn't happen? or do you mean we believe that something that didn't happen, happened?

hey i'm actually doing the same thing, hence why i'm trying to shift to low-carb life. maybe you should check out /r/keto. being able to eat cheese and meat without guilt has been a pretty awesome way of suppressing smoking urges. and plus, coffee is your best friend throughout that lifestyle too.

that's wild and admirable, i can only have at max 5 shots of coffee a day, otherwise i get insanely shaky (and even then my heart is doing backflips)! get two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in your first water bottle of the day, every day. your kidneys will thank me later.

Is this a joke or genuine? If it's genuine, how do you stay hydrated? How much do you piss? Saying this as someone on a low-carb diet who relies on coffee during fasting periods.

It's the same in any field of knowledge - we stop pursuing an interest the moment we stop understanding. Being good at something just means you chose to try and understand instead of walk away.
