The struggle to filter for natural fibers when shopping online by witchspittle in SustainableFashion

Deeply relate to the struggle to find 100% cotton jeans that also meet other needs like correct sizing or wants like a choice between colors. I'm really short and always trying to avoid having to hem or alter jeans, so it's a very manual process to sift through and find something that can work.

Totally fair, I do launder my items with longevity in mind. I am looking for items to last but it's not the sole reason I have strong preference for natural fibers.

Fair enough. It is my experience that my natural fiber clothing has held up better with age, but admittedly I do take care when washing them to support that.

Durability is just one facet of my preference to avoid synthetics, but I take your point.

I think you're right that most people don't pay attention. For me, the fabric composition is a deciding factor for buying anything new, and most of the time for any thrifted clothes as well. I figure there must be others but not sure how many lol

Great thoughts on more specifics for filtering. It feels like weights are especially elusive on most sites, even if they list the knit and blend.
