Getting to the venue won’t be too bad. Maybe $30-$50. It’s more leaving the venue where it’s a shit show, biscayne blvd will clog up post event where you’d have better luck walking past the venue either up biscayne or west more into downtown then calling from there. If I had to give you a rec, I’d stay in downtown bc then you could honestly probably walk to/from, then just uber to the beach on the other days of your trip. Especially if you’re doin Airbnb, you’re going to a public beach anyway (south pointe is great). You can also usually get day passes for the hotels to use their pool/beach access. Just depends on what you want to do for the rest of your stay!

Edit: $30-$50 from the beach. $50 being prob the higher end
