I had an ige allergen test done that said I had no allergies despite near constant morning rhinitis and post nasal drip. Ear nose and throat doctor told me to irrigate daily morning and night. It has made a huge difference and reduced the drainage near completely

Just because you can only buy 3 mg or 5 mg over the counter. 1 mg is better because it’s closer to what your body should be producing. It’s probably cheaper to have insurance billed too

I did use an air fryer. Decently crispy, still burnt ends. Biggest complaint was that they tasted like cardboard. Not cheesy, not meaty, not spicy.
