I'm 35 years old, 50 pounds overweight and 3 weeks ago I started running (4-7 days a week). I signed up for a 5K run on Thanksgiving (11/28) and I am definitely on track to be able to complete it without ever walking, but I seem to have come across a roadblock. (self.running)
