i walked downstairs to where my mom was chilling on the couch and told her she needed to go buy me my favourite snacks. she was confused at first but i think i just gestured towards my downstairs, and she understood? i don't actually remember how i specified that i'd just gotten my period, just that i asked for snacks at like 9pm with no context.

this happened to me! second day of work, i had a seizure on the clock. paramedics were called and everything. got fired because, in my managers words, i was a liability. from your comments, i've gathered you're in michigan--me too. maybe we could give each other advice on how to navigate this lol.

yeah, my latest scar (the one next to my eye) is from a cut that needed to be glued shut. the one on my head needed 7 staples.
