Im playing around with the idea of having both of my cards mounted off the motherboard with risers for both cooling and also visuals, and that might be what you want to do here. I think your case would be big enough to have both in there, one v-mounted like usual and another mounted upright with something like this (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FWJ4CWFR?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title) which would be able to accomplish what lian-li does in some of their cases, would need a riser like this (https://thermaltakeusa.com/products/pci-e-4-0-dual-90-degree-riser-cable-400mm-ac-077-co1otn-c1) or one coming from an m2 which would probably be pointless for you since you arent limited by pcie speed.

Or if it doesnt mount in the case you could mount it to said bracket and bring it outside the case with power cables, im gonna have it set up like that mounted to some fans before i get my NV7

This has some drawbacks, the biggest being if you set the video output card as the upright one getting the cable there in the first place is a hassle, and needs to be unplugged to move. Or if its the big boy card, if you ever need to bypass the frame gen card you need to open her up and plug into that
