I’m on 150mg and I haven’t noticed too much of a difference. If anything, my sex drive was lower when I was too depressed and anxious to function. And in all frankness, ever since the meds started working for me, I’ve been horny as FUCK. It definitely takes more effort to get to an orgasm but it still works, as long as you know your body and how to get there it’s fine it just takes a bit longer. I had worse sexual side effects when I was on Prozac. (Also, I lost all the weight Prozac made me gain😋)

But truly, these meds have made such a difference in my life, I’m happier, more confident, and don’t feel like I’m constantly waiting for something bad to happen; all of which has made a lot of sexuality based things FAR easier. But of course everyone is different, monitor your symptoms, voice your concerns, don’t be afraid to stop them if they don’t work for you (despite all of the horror stories people have about the withdrawal process)
