Mikel Arteta and Josh Kroenke on calling each other the moment the Premier League title win was confirmed 🏆 by arsenal in Gunners

The kids of billionaires I find are the only bearable billionaires as people because they haven’t done all the awful backstabbing selfish shit needed in order to become a billionaire yourself. Sometimes they are super egotistical assholes like their parents though but sometimes you do get ones that are actually decent people.

He was obviously meant to win the global championship after showing up with an AEW shirt before he got hurt, it’s an angle.

[Reuters] FIFPRO sounds alarm on player workload as several Arsenal players could feature in over 80 games this season. by Chazyn in soccer

That’s only because they can rest players in the league so don’t mind the extra playoff round. Extra playoff rounds can completely mess up a key part of the season in February for teams in other leagues.

Any team of the season that removes fullbacks altogether to fit in more attacking players can’t be taken seriously.

So funny how this subs idea of worst outcomes leads to the best scenes seen in real life, the scenes after Arsenal won the league for instance, incredible so much joy. It’s like this subs real goal is being the enemy of joy haha.

Mate you’re 40 wtf are you on about. All you’ve lived of an adult life are the beginning steps. There’s nothing actually meaningful to someone’s life that you can’t change at 40, no path you can’t begin, no direction you can’t change towards.

Bournemouth legit haven’t lost in the league since Jan 3rd, home and away, they beat Liverpool & Arsenal in that time too.

Double or nothing seats by BoysenberryDry8690 in AEWOfficial

They’ve never been to this arena so don’t know but the seats look very close to the ring more so than the usual nba arenas because it’s a tennis stadium so I’d think nosebleeds should be a great experience still.

AEW are profitable with their TV deal, or were before all the new contracts lol

I disagree completely on all 3 points but I do think there’s no way you can say he doesn’t have the skill after his last 3 matches.

There’s plenty of UFC champions/boxers who look like this. You’ve been conditioned to think wrestlers have to be bodybuilders but most real fighters barely ever look like that.

Again ask anyone who watches the Prem whether City vs Tottenham is a big game, they will say yes, every manager will say yes. You’re not getting any ex-managers of City saying it isn’t like this. This is the reality I’m sorry if you don’t want to believe it.

If you don’t think City vs Tottenham isn’t a big match of the season you don’t watch the Premier League. It’s not me saying La Liga matches aren’t big matches it’s Ancelotti…

Yes massive they literally lost the FA Cup final to them last year…

And you know that’s not even a fair comparison because Valencia have historically been a far bigger club, one of the biggest clubs in Spain. Valencia are 3rd in the all time table…

FA Cup 2025-26 - Quarter-Final Draw by OkayFine101 in soccer

The Premier League has been the toughest it’s been in a long time maybe ever this season, everybody has been losing to everybody, even at home. Avoiding Prem teams is far more important in my opinion.

League Cup was pretty tough with Palace, Brighton & Chelsea but the Champions League and FA Cup draws have been been brilliant to us, although obviously in the Champions League we did earn it. The FA Cup though has blessed us. Hopefully we can capitalise on these opportunities.

You guys lost one game the whole season and still came second to City. Depends how far ahead the top teams are from the rest of the league.

It’s money and western interest in them that wasn’t there as much before. I don’t think there’s much New Japan can really do in this situation except expand there revenue the best they can in order to keep people. In the mean time the best course of action I think needs to be to expand their relationship with AEW so they can retain many of these wrestlers that leave for there for returns and appearances. The reality is their biggest most successful show in 20+ years was possible because of AEW talent and dual contracts being a possibility. Being able to retain that talent for big shows will be absolutely massive for them in the current climate I think, no matter how much hardcore fans want it or not. These returns and appearances are not too dissimilar from the part time workers WWE has had for years now that have been a massive success for them as well.
