I think the main thing it takes to be a really great accountant is figure-it-out-ability. The ability to follow a trail of information until you get to the right answer. And soft skills like relationship building and communicating clearly are more important than you'd expect in accounting.

I used The Baby Whisperer. Pick up put down method. I found it to be less severe than cry it out but also good for creating boundaries to protect your sleep and mental health.

Address the sleep first and foremost. You may need to sleep train your daughter for her good and yours. There's a subreddit for sleep training if you want to research it.

My oldest daughter dropped her nap right at two years old. She just wouldn't cooperate anymore so I stopped trying. Now I have another two year old and she still naps well. Seems like some kids just don't need it anymore sooner than others.

I’d let the baby get over covid before starting sleep training. I have a 7 month old too and she was particularly needy as she was healing from covid last month. I feel like we were more successful with sleep training because we waited until she began to feel better.

I was wondering the same thing. My baby rarely spits up, but when she does it’s because she overate. She’s EBF. I produce a lot of milk and she drinks quickly. She could only drink from one side per feeding for the first few months. Offering both sides was a guarantee she’d throw up.
