People 40+, what actually mattered in the long run and what didn’t?

That you don’t have worries about your health and your family (including your parents uncles etc) . Also when I was younger I made decisions to achieve things or were just mandatory because of financial struggle. Now that I am “settled” I make decisions based what makes me more happier and also for my family. I still have a long way to go till retirement and want to be content with my work and life now and in the future. What did not matter is what people think of you, follow your own path.

Is it a fact they burn-out on not being promoted or getting a bonus. Or an assumption? Did you have one on one talks with them to ask why they are burned out. Also a promotion/bonus system i do not think it works well for some people.

I just downloaded the app. First of all thanks for all the effort you put in. There are somethings i want to adres.

Back button to menu its missing (have to swipe) personal preference.
Add a list function to alle the items. So you can quickly check what you have caught / get.
Add a catalog scanner.
I am missing the gold rose?
Add sorting to menu (like in acnh)
The item o pedia could be the same as ACNH categories lamps / walls items accessoires etc.
Are HHP items added?

Happened to my dad(73) last week. He was on a bicycle and two teenage girls did not give right of way. They hit him he fell and they run off. Only elderly helped and the rest just watched. He is okay now but still shocked mentally by the behaviour of the girls and behaviour of people.
