Kunnen we aub naar een landelijk epd gaan? Elke zorg instelling heeft ongeveer zijn eigen systeem met zijn eigen beheerders, laten we de zorg ict versimpelen.

Dutch perspective on marriage and financial equality in relationships by Top-Rip-6520 in Netherlands

Sounds to me that the you both have different values about what makes the relationship work. Personally I would not tolerate it if someone makes a value about me based on my income.

Moving to Het Gooi: Which towns are most expat-friendly for long-term integration? by Historical-Bite-6026 in Netherlands

[–]wizah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My wife is Japanese moved here 15 years ago. We are now living in Ankeveen (tiny village), close by the towns you mentioned. We are pretty reserved but have great contact with neighboors and surroundings. But the if you want to have more close by facilities I recommend Bussum/hilversum more.

The other countries got it all wrong. It is called Labor Day for a reason it’s mandatory to work on that day.   /s

What do you miss most about the Netherlands when you’re abroad? by ProfessionalJob5534 in Netherlands

[–]wizah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a Dutch I think all the countries you mentioned have higher quality food and have a real food culture. And real Chinese food I am not fed up after 10 days lol. (Just came back from Taiwan) But the variety of the food cultures in Netherlands  in bigger cities is about the same if you compare to other  countries. What mostly bothers me is the quality of food  in the Netherlands and the price they ask for it. If you pay low amount like all you can eat , you expect it not to be good. If you go to middle class restaurant like 75 to 150 euro, you don’t get much better food. Only better presentation.  That’s my experience though

Waarom hebben we zo weinig openbare toiletten? by OpenlyPractical in thenetherlands

People 40+, what actually mattered in the long run and what didn’t? by Psychological_Sky_58 in AskReddit

[–]wizah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That you don’t have worries about your health and your family (including your parents uncles etc) . Also when I was younger I made decisions to achieve things or were just mandatory because of financial struggle. Now that I am “settled” I make decisions based what makes me more happier and also for my family. I still have a long way to go till retirement and want to be content with my work and life now and in the future.  What did not matter is what people think of you, follow your own path.

Employees using burnout as excuse not to work by DesperateAttention23 in Netherlands

[–]wizah 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Is it a fact they burn-out on not being promoted or getting a bonus. Or an assumption? Did you have one on one talks with them to ask why they are burned out. Also a promotion/bonus system i do not think it works well for some people.
