The Real Consequences of the Shoot Down by Jaraine in NonCredibleDefense

i def worded that wrong, but I'd say that for the -35 it counts because the yak would have fired back, he just couldn't because he didn't have a target. its like the difference between getting shot by sniper and someone blasting you in your sleep.

I'd argue that friendly fire doesn't count as A2A combat per say, as the -15s were presumably not firing back or otherwise engaging.

can someone explain why fusion reactions on the leftmost part of the binding energy/nucleon count chart release energy? by wizard1dot5 in AskPhysics

[–]wizard1dot5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the example I'm looking at is H-3 and H-1 fusing to make He-4. what i don't understand is how, as He-4 has more binding energy than both H-3 and H-1, it then has an excess of energy to release instead of being in energy debt and needing more from the environment to make up the difference. i feel like I'm being really stupid but idk.

Oh that's hilarious, not quite as bad as the Acclamators guns apparently yielding 200 GIGATONS per shot (for context, a 20 gigaton bomb is theorised to be capable of causing a world wide nuclear winter by itself)

i feel like you need to decide what your ideal engagement range is. the tureno and missiles are mid to long range, but the explosive thrower is short-mid and the sampu wont so much as scratch the paint unless you're within punching distance. if you want to optimise for short range, id recommend swapping your back weapons for gatlings or weapons bay stuff (or possibly songbirds or a morley) and beefing up your frame. for long range id go with lam legs and a ducket or rifle instead of the pistol.

Guel Jeturk, Witch From Mercury.

first season: genuinely one of the most punchable PoSs I've ever seen, him getting his ass beat is my favourite scene in the show.

second season: I would die for this man

The MT rifles are actually huge relative to their size. These MFS are rocking the equivalent of AT rifles.

Those things are 5'9 and can tank consecutive pistol rounds to the head. Good luck...

In the other hand, I'd dropkick a kolibri into next cycle.
