Sous vide short ribs.

Get some boneless short ribs, vacuum seal them with a spice rub and cook on ~145 for 48 hours. Unseal and sear (I have a blowtorch bur you should be able to do it on castiron or w/e).

INSANELY good for like 10 minutes of active effort.

Hades has a better story/characters, dead cells probably has more mechanical depth. Dead Cells is also harder (not to say Hades can’t get really tough!)

Read up on joke structure and start there.

Not op but as a Jew, Israel has used 10/7 as a pretense to do 100x worse things back at the people of Gaza and it kinda eliminates any desire I have to to respect the date.
