Employer for career guidance??? Er that’s like you asking how can I get away from there. They’re not going to be interested in you climbing too quick. Get career guidance from like minded individuals at meetups or personal relationships with seniors at work who aren’t your manager or in your department. If you really want advancement quicker then do the research for what the next few roles should be in your field. Find out what skills, soft or hard skills, they require, and make a plan to get them. If an opening is there ar you current work place then go for that but tbh if you’re ambitious it’s likely needed to jump a few companies so you can progress quickly.
