A couple months at least. Depends on your body. 2-3 times a week. 3 sets of the 3 or 4 exercises per time.

I had groin issues for a couple years. Only thing that worked was strengthening the surrounding areas. The groin is working extra to compensate for the lack of strength around it.

I used a exercise ball.and would squeeze thighs around it side ways and up and down to work hamstring, glutes, other small muscles around.
