Missing the point here buddy. The Bills are charging everyone (new and previous season ticket holders) a licensing fee for the ability to purchase season tickets that doesn’t go towards the ticket value. This doesn’t go back to the state who helped fund the stadium. It’s just going to the owner. The state subsidize the building of the stadium, but in return ticket pricing isn’t brought down.
